Complainant absent. OP represented.

From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is absent since 25.05.2024.

Present consumer complaint has been filed with a complaint regarding exempting him from paying the electrical consumption bills on the ground of complainant belonging to category of below poverty line and nothing else. There is no provision either in the electricity Act, 2003 or in the electric supply court 2007 regarding exemption from payment of the bill of an individual belonging to BPL category. Hence, finding the present complaint without any factual or statutory merit is out rightly dismissed.
