Final Order / Judgement

The Complainant is present. One J.R. Choudhury is present on behalf of the Opp.parties. The advocate of the Opp.parties is also present. The Complainant is agree to deposit Rs.26,138/- in two installments in the month of april and may respecting before the Opp.parties. There after the name of the consumer will be changed in to the name of the Complainant instead of the previous owner of the house by the Opp.parties.

               The dispute is settled accordingly and the present Complainant is disposed of.
