The Advocate for complainant files his hazira. He files documents as per list mentioned in his Hazira which was not asked for. As per the provision order the complainant has to file original electric bills for October, 2012 to Dec 2012 and purchase list of his old meter as he has challenged the average bill and claim for price of old meter. Hence due to lacuna of complainant in furnishing the documents the complainant can’t be admitted and the same is rejected.
