Revisionist Sri Vijay Kumar Srivastava appeared in person.

Heard revisionist and perused order dated 22-02-2019 passed by District Consumer Forum, Gorakhpur in Complaint No. 83/2019.

It is contended by revisionist that he has moved application 7-Ga before District Consumer Forum in above complaint for interim relief under Section 13(3B) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. The District Consumer Forum has issued notice on it fixing 08-05-2019 date for hearing on it.

It is further contended by revisionist that date fixed is very long and the purpose of interim order shall frustrate if interim relief application is not disposed of at an early date.

I have considered the submission made by revisionist.

Application for interim order should be disposed of at an early date. Due to delay in disposal of it purpose of interim relief may be frustrated.

Considering all facts and circumstances of the case revision petition moved by revisionist is disposed of finally with direction to the District Consumer Forum, Gorakhpur to fix early date for hearing on interim relief application.

The revisionist shall produce certified copy of this order before District Consumer Forum within 10 days. Thereafter the District Consumer Forum shall issue notice on interim relief application moved by revisionist before District Consumer Forum to opposite party fixing early date for disposal of interim relief application and shall pass further order on interim relief application in accordance with law on the date fixed in the notice.
