Order below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019 in CC/22/136

Heard Complainant in person. Perused Complaint filed by the complainant and document annexed along with complaint at the stage of admission of complaint below section 36(2) of CPAct.

It has been  observed from the perusal of complaint that , complainant being legal heir and son of late mother H D’Souza  one of the co legal owner of F P  888  seeks  to contest the FAA ORDER DATED 4/1/22 & OTHER RESPECTIVE LETTERS AND REPLY’S BY OPPOSITE PARTIES GIVEN RESPECTIVALLY. Considering averment made in complaint and provisions of consumer protection Act 2019 this commission do not have jurisdiction to entertain subject matter raised by complainant in complaint   so  we pass order as follows:

                                            ORDER                                          

1)CC No.22/136 is hereby rejected against opposite parties below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019

2)No order as to cost.
