Heard the complainant, who has appeared in person. 

After arguing the matter at some length, she wants to withdraw the complaint for being filed before an appropriate Consumer Forum/Commission by suitably modifying the pecuniary claim therein. 

Her request for withdrawal of the complaint is allowed.  The Registry is directed to return the complaint today to the complainant for being presented before an appropriate Consumer Forum/Commission after suitably modifying the claim amount.

          The complaint accordingly is disposed of in the above terms.
