In deference to our order dated 30.09.2016, the Administrator, HUDA, Rohtak has passed a speaking order on 24.10.2016.  Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the said order is acceptable to the Petitioner.

In view of the statement, no further orders are called for in this Revision Petition and the same stands disposed of in terms of the settlement recorded in the afore-noted order.  Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms contained in the order dated 24.10.2016.  

The Revision Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
