Present revision petition under Section 27A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 has been filed against order dated 13.12.2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jhajjar, in Execution No.27/2013.  By the impugned order, the District Forum has, inter alia, directed the petitioner (decree-holder) to pay a sum of `72,479/- to the Haryana Urban Development Authority, as per the demand raised by them.

          Since the impugned order can be challenged before the State Commission, we are not inclined to go into the merits thereof.  The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.

          It will, however, be open to the petitioner to work out his remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
