ORDER

We agree with the view taken by the State Commission that there was no relationship of ‘consumer’ and ‘service provider’ between the petitioner and the respondent, as on the date of filing of the complaint, as the petitioner had already transferred its interest in favour of subsequent vendee.  Dismissed.
