Both parties are absent. Record put with complaint Case No- 179/2014. Perused the record. On perusal  of record, it transpires that this Misc petition has been filed in complaint case No.- 179/2014. On perusal of complaint petition No.- 179/2014, it transpires that the above complaint  was finally  disposed of vide order dated 18-04-2015 by dismissing the complaint with cost. Thereafter, the complainant  preferred  this Misc petition on 15-05-2015. He has sought relief against  the case filed by Electricity Authority u/s-135 of Electricity Act which is not maintainable in this  forum. The main complaint petition hasalready been dismissed, so this Misc petition has not maintainable. In the circumstances this  Misc. petition is dismissed
