Sh. Raghuveer Singh, Major opposite party appeared, who filed reply & enclosed letter dated 28/04/2014 & as per Para No. 4 of the letter ESM of armed force who have served less than 5 years are not entitled to CSD facilities. The complainant was apprised of these instructions to which he agreed by satisfy that he has served only for a period of 3 years 5 months & 27 days & he is not entitled for CSD facilities & he does not want to pursue the present complaint further vide separate statement to this effect recorded & placed on the file. In view of the statement of the complainant, the complaint in hand is dismissed as withdrawn. The copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after due completion be consigned to the Record Room
