| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 4 dt. 05/10/2016 Heard the Ld. Lawyer and perused the materials on record. Complainant stated in the complaint petition that the o.p. made illegal, unfair, false, deceptive, fraudulent and misleading representation. Complainant filed the instant case after coming to know the condition of the depositor of investors Sarada, Rose Valley and MPS Companies through media and complainant got afraid and demanded the deposited money from o.ps. But this plea cannot be considered as any cause of action of the instant case. The instant case related to debenture certificate dt. 28/07/2011. The maturity date of which is 28/07/2018. So the instant case is premature one. In view of the above, the present case is rejected. | |
