            The complainant is found absent on repeated calls. No steps taken today. On perusal of case record it is found that the complainant has disclosed the OTP to the Opposite Party caller on dated 10.10.2020. Further the complainant is not coming under the definition of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

            Hence in view of the above contest the Commission dismiss the case today summarily.
