ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainants/DHs nor anybody else on their behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that on the last three dates of hearing also, i.e. 18.04.2024, 19.02.2024 and 13.02.2024, complainants/DHs did not appear. JD No.1 could not be served for want of correct address. Warrant against JD No.2 & 3 not issued as JD No.2 & 3 has not been named. Non appearance of complainant/DH and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainants/DHs are not interested in prosecution of the present execution application. Hence, this execution application is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
