ORDER

Case was taken up today as 4th December 2013 was declared holiday due to Assembly Elections in Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that the entire amount has been paid by the respondent to the petitioner and as such the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present revision and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti in addition.
