ORDER

 

            This order will dispose of the application moved by OPs/ applicant praying therein that it be permitted to deposit a sum of INR959,615/- as per the directions given by the Hon’ble State Commission.

 

            Vide order dated 05.04.2013 of the Hon’ble State Commission, operation of the impugned order has been stayed subject to deposit of half of the amount awarded in this case with the concerned District Forum within 20 days. The certified copy of the order was received by the OPs/Applicant on 12.04.2013. The application for the deposit of the half of the amount vide Banker’s Cheque bearing No.051952, dated 01.05.2013 for INR959,615/- was moved by the OP on 01.05.2013 i.e. within 20 days

 

            So the application is allowed and the OPs/Applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of INR959,615/- . So the Banker’s Cheque bearing No.051952, dated 01.05.2013 for INR959,615/- be deposited in the relevant account of the Forum, as per the direction of the Hon’ble State Commission, in the shape of fixed deposit having maximum interest, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time. File be consigned to record room.

 

            Copy of this order be placed on record of the Execution Petition file, if any.
