After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this compliant with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Office is directed to prepare one photostat copy of the main file (paper-book) for record and return all the three paper-books to the complainant, against receipt, within 10 days from today.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
