                    Proxy Counsel for the complainant and Sh. Subrat Kumar Pradhan, DGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties state that the matter has amicably been settled.

                   Sh. Subrat Kumar Pradhan, DGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties states that the Opposite Parties shall pay total sum of Rs.67,45,303/- (rupees sixty seven lacs forty five thousand three hundred & three only) towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the complainant. The amount so payable is inclusive of principal amount, interest less TDS. The amount of Rs.67,45,303/- comprises the following components:-

                   Proxy Counsel on instructions from the complainant accepts the aforesaid settlement and withdraws the complaint in full and final settlement of all claims, subject to the Opposite Parties adhereing to the schedule of payment. In the event of Opposite Parties defaulting in making aforesaid payment, the complainant shall be entitled for interest @15% p.a. and to recover the same by way of filing execution application under Section 25 or 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The parties shall be bound to the terms aforesaid.

                   In view of above settlement, the complaint stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
