     Vide his separate statement recorded on 04.08.2023, Sh.Amardeep Singh Walia, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has stated that as per the order dated 06.01.2015 passed by this Commission in MA No.128 of 2014 in CC No.575 of 2013, the complainants/DHs have already received the amount and hence he withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied. In view of the statement, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
