ORDER

Sh. Ajiteshwar Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the Opposite Parties by filing his memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record. He raised a very serious objection that as on today the total value of the product and the relief claimed would come beyond Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file a-fresh complaint after giving better particulars.

                    Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the decree holder, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
