ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat for a total sum of Rs.1,10,000/-, out of which Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid by way of pay order to the learned counsel for complainant by the DGM of OP and balance payment of Rs.10,000/- is to be made within 30 days from today. Statement of Sh.Subrat Kumar Pradhan, Deputy General Manager of OP has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Savinder Singh Gill, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP fails to pay the balance amount, complainant shall have a right to get the amount recovered through execution 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
