Statement of Sh.Subrat Kumar Pradhan, Deputy General Manager Legal of OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Rajvir Singh Sihag, Counsel for Complainants has also been recorded, in view of which this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned 

 

Statement of Sh.Subrat Kumar Pradhan s/o Sh.Sarat Kumar Pradhan, Deputy General Manager Legal of OPs-Emaar MGF Land Limited.

Stated that the settlement agreement dated 15.12.2016 (Annexure X) has been signed by both the parties. Its contents are correct and OPs will comply with it.

I have heard the statement made by Sh.Subrat Kumar Pradhan, Deputy General Manager Legal of OPs. In view of the said statement and contents of the settlement agreement dated 15.12.2016, I withdraw the present complaint.
