ORDER

After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of withdrawal of the main complaint, Miscellaneous Application bearing No.938 of 2017 filed by Counsel for the Opposite Parties stands infructuous.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainant (except zimini orders), within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
