The complaint has been filed by the complainants i.e. Mohd. Arshad and Mrs. Husna Arshad whereas it has been signed only by Mrs. Husna Arshad and not by Mohd. Arshad.  It is another thing that the verification has been made by both the complainants though separately. As such, as of date, there is no complaint on behalf of Mohd. Arshad.

2.      In view of the above, learned counsel for the complainants states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars.

3.      The complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned.
