Sh. Arujn Sheoran, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Forum having jurisdiction.

                 Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The same (complaint) alongwith documents be returned to the Counsel for the complainant, after retaining certified to be true copies of the same, on record.
