ORDER

          At the time of hearing, it is stated by the Counsel for the complainants and Senior Manager (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that the matter has amicably been settled. A photocopy of the Settlement Deed dated 19.10.2016 has been placed on record.

                   In terms of the said Settlement Deed, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   It is made clear that in case commitment made by the Opposite Parties is not honoured, the settlement will become an executable order and in that event, the complainants will be entitled to claim interest @12% per annum from the dates of respective deposits made till actual realization.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
