ORDER

It is stated by Counsel for the complainants that the matter stands settled.

                   To discharge their liability, the Opposite Parties have already delivered two cheques for an amount of Rs.6,68,198/- each to the complainants.

                   In view of above fact, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again, if those cheques are not encashed.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
