ORDER

At the time of arguments, it transpires that when complaint was filed, it was not within pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission.

                   Sh.Deepak Mehra, complainant No.1 wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again after giving better particulars before this Commission or before the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. Today, none is available on behalf of Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to oppose this prayer. Ms.Anjali Moudgil, Advocate, Counsel  for Opposite Party No.3 has no objection to the prayer made.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainants, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
