At the time of arguments, a very serious objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Parties that if we calculate price of the unit and add in it amount of interest, compensation claimed, the total amount would come beyond Rs.1 crore and, as such, this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file a-fresh complaint after adjusting his relief.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, (excluding zimini orders), to the complainant, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
