After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner does not want to pursue the present revision petition and wants to withdraw the same. However, liberty be granted to seek appropriate relief before appropriate forum in accordance with law.

        In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner in person, the revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.  However, liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
