ORDER

Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have arrived at an amicable settlement. Pursuant to the settlement respondent/opposite party has given two cheques worth Rs.2.5 Lakhs each in favour of the respective petitioners in full and final settlement of their claim made in complaint No.368/2011 filed before District Forum-II, UT Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions has accepted those cheques and states that in view of the settlement the petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the above, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
