ORDER

After addressing us for some time, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh Original Complaint before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab.

               Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.  If the appellants choose to file the complaint within 30 days from today, their application for condonation of delay in filing the complaint shall be considered by excluding the period spent in prosecuting proceedings before a wrong forum and keeping in view the observations of

the Supreme Court in Laxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute – (1995) 3 SCC 583.
