ORDER

            Counsel for OPs made statement that the OPs are ready to pay Rs.10 lac, deposited by the complainant, as full and final settlement of the claim. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct and stated that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of such statement, the OPs are directed to make the payment of Rs.10 lac to the complainant within four weeks from today, failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. on the amount of Rs.10 lac from the date of deposit till payment. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
