Today, in Court, Sh. Sanjeet Kumar, Senior Executive (Legal) of the judgment debtors has handed over a demand draft bearing No.002033 dated 16.11.2018 in the sum of Rs.72,21,272/- to the Counsel for the decree holder against receipt. Photocopy of the aforesaid draft is retained on file.

                    Counsel for the decree holder states that in view of above payment made, the entire claim of the decree holder stands satisfied, in terms of the judgment under execution.

                   In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of having been fully satisfied.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
