ORDER

Counsel for the complainant has submitted that matter has amicably been settled between the parties. To say so, he has placed on record Settlement Agreement dated 01.03.2020 executed between the parties, which is marked as Exhibit C-A. The same is taken on record.

                   On the other hand, Counsel for the opposite parties has also admitted the factum of execution of the aforesaid Settlement Deed dated 01.03.2020.

                   In this view of the matter, this complaint stands accepted in terms of aforesaid Settlement Deed dated 01.03.2020 (Exhibit C-A) and the same shall be treated as part of this order. Direction is issued to the opposite parties to make payment as per the agreed terms of the aforesaid Settlement Deed, failing which, the complainant shall be at liberty to get this order executed in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
