ORDER

 After arguing for some time, complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again by amending the prayer clause/making adjustments so far as the claim is concerned.

                   To this extent, liberty is granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainant (except zimini orders), within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
