ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. On the last date of hearing, copy of settlement agreement was received from counsel for OP No.1 through e-mail. Today e-mail has been received from Sh.Savinder Singh Gill, Counsel for Complainant that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant wishes to withdraw the same in terms of the settlement agreement. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
