                   Today the execution application was fixed for appearance of the complainant.  Complainant appeared and has  made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No003774 dated 14.04.2017 amounting to Rs.10000/- along with original NOC Certificate and he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard.   In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
