Today is fixed for receiving death report of complainant Purnasukh Chowdhury S/o Lt. Satya Pada Chowdhury of Santragachi  Ramcharan Seth Road, Sastitala, Nandypara, Ramrajatala, P.S. Jagacha, Dist. Howrah, PIN 711 104.

O.P. is found present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P. is found ready.

S.I.  Sk. Golam Mortaja  Ali of Jagacha  P.S. has submitted death report  in respect of complainant whose name  has been described above.  It is also reflected that the said death report is supported by death certificate where from   it appears that the above noted complainant expired on 21.11.2022.

In this regard it is important to note that legal heir of the deceased complainant has not yet taken any steps for substitution.

As a result of which this complaint case has been abated.

As the complaint case has been abated as a whole, let this C.C. Case No. 124/20 be and the same is dismissed.  No order is passed as to cost.
