Heard learned counsel for the parties.  Counsel for the respondents states that he will file his Vakalatnama during the course of the day and that the respondents have no objection if the said complaint is heard and disposed of by the Circuit Bench of the State Commission at Ernakulam.

In view of this, the impugned order of the State Commission is set aside and the matter is remanded to the State Commission’s Circuit Bench at Ernakulam for disposal.  The parties are directed to appear before the State Commission, Circuit Bench, Ernakulam on 26.09.2011.

Copies of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy of the order may be sent expeditiously to the State Commission.
