          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Shri Dhruv Jain, Advocate, appeared and filed power of attorney and written version on behalf of OP. Copy given. Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and it has transferred an amount of Rs.8,000/-, in his account. Now nothing remains due against the OP and no dispute remains against OP and perfect value. Therefore, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
