ORDER

Office has brought to our notice that, vide order dated 17.1.2011, we had upheld the order of the State Commission but in the last paragraph of the order, it has been shown as ‘accepted’ instead of ‘dismissed’. 

          It is a typographical mistake.  The word ‘accepted’ in the order dated 17.1.2011 be substituted with the word ‘dismissed’.

          A corrigendum in this regard be issued and conveyed to the parties.
