M.A. NO.827/2013 This is an application seeking early hearing of the matter. This matter relates to the year 2010 and vide interim order the possession of flat has already been given to the complainants. Therefore, we do not find any reason to give precedence to this case over the cases pending since the year 2000. Application is, therefore, dismissed. List the matter in due course.
