Despite repeated calls since morning complainant has not appeared. Present complaint case was filed on 24.03.2022. Complainant is not appearing after notice was issued to OP. On the last effective date of hearing i.e. 02.06.2023 complainant was directed to file Rejoinder and Evidence. However till date complainant has not taken steps in this behalf.  Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
