                Today, the case was fixed for show cause notice to JD. Sh. Vijay Kumar, Advocate/Decree holder made a statement that he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition as JD i.e. Easy Grocery Store, Kaithal has windup their business form Kaithal City. So he withdraw the present execution petition.  

                In view of the statement of decree holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be sent to decree holder free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance
