The complainant is represented , Op No-02 is also represented  . The complainant files a withdrawal petition with prayer to permit him to withdraw the case.

                        Heard the learned lawyer for the complainant  . The complainant has mentioned that due to his old age and other social reasons he does not want to proceed further with this case . thus in view of the withdrawal petition the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complainant and accordingly the complainant case no 09/08 is dismissed as withdrawn .
