Counsel for the Appellants in both cases has filed his Authorisation Letter  to appear on behalf of the Mr. Abhishek Singh, along with photocopies of the e-mail sent up by Appellant Mr. Gagan Deep Singh to his Counsel on 27.07.2023 (Annexure-1) from which it would transpire that the Appellant is no longer interested to pursue the present Appeals and wishes to withdraw the same.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellants, Mr. Abhishek Singh in his Authorisation Letter has also forwarded such communication.

In the circumstances, the Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
