            Matter relates to 126 of Electricity Act. As per the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Vrs. Anis Ahmad this Commission has no power to adjudicate the matter. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
