ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                               JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint seeking disconnection of the electricity connection to the residential house situated over Khata No.81/11, Plot No.349, Mouza Jagatsinghpur as stated in the complaint petition bearing consumer No.03020789.

            Notices to opposite parties were issued but no written version has been filed. We have gone through the averment made in the consumer complaint. The simple prayer of complainant is for disconnection of electricity but there is no proof regarding deposit of required fees towards disconnection which is the primary consideration. However we give liberty to complainant to approach the opposite parties with required fees and if the same is permissible under the rules and law then opposite parties should disconnect the electricity within 30 days thereafter. If any negative reason is assigned then the same should also be communicated to the complainant within the said period. With the aforesaid observation and direction consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
