1.       Further to the Order dated 11.03.2022 the learned counsel for the petitioner LIC submits, on instructions, that these matters have been settled with the respondent.

2.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

3.       The learned counsel further submits, on instructions, that the petitioner LIC does not wish to pursue the two petitions any more. 

4.       In the wake of the above submissions, the instant revision petitions no. 3647 of 2012 and no. 3648 of 2012 are dismissed, without the option to file them again before this Commission.

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the two petitions and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
